Ballast
1. Maximum weight 10,000
2. All weights must be securely fastened.
3. Weight will be exact there will be no variance
4. Front weight frame or weights may exceed 13’ feet from the front of
the center of the rear axle.
Dress Code
1.Dot helmet to be worn and fastened
2. Driver must wear leather shoes, fire proof shirt or coat, and pants
Tires
1.Maximum tire size 20.8 — 42
2.Aluminum wheels allowed
3.Top and front cut allowed
Sheet Metal
1. Hood, fender, and grill must be factory style sheet metal
Or replicate OEM for said model.
Exhaust
1.Exhaust must be vertical.
2.Exhaust pipe must be 18” above the hood.
Safety Equipment
1.Kill switch must be in the rear of the tractor. With 2” solid ring at rear
tractor to hook to sled. May be able to be operated manually by the
operator from the seat.
2. Four (4) 3/8 inch bolts (Grade 5) in horizontal portion of exhaust
pipe as close to the turbo housing as possible. Bolts to be installed 90
degrees to each other, within one inch of each other
3. Seatbelts are required went hook to the sled
Transmission blanket is highly recommended and
4.Steel fan blade must have a 180 degree on top fan shrouded
5. Must have side shields 1/8” steel or 1/4”aluminum
6. Roll bar or roll cage is mandatory
7. Must have wheelie bars strong enough to hold the weight of tractor
w/4x4 or larger skid pads. Maximum of 10” from the ground.
8. Dead man throttle are highly recommended, must have double pull
back spring
9. Ladder bars are mandatory
10. All tractors must have a 2 1/2 lb. dry chemicals. Must be securely
mounted and in reach of driver
Must be 18 years of age or older
11. Front ski maximum 4 inch off the ground is highly recommended (Will be
mandatory for 2025 season)
Fuel
1.Diesel fuel Number #1 or #2
2.Other oxygen enhancers are not allowed
Engine
1.466 Maximum cubic inch limit.
2. 3000 RPM Maximum
3. Turbo maximum size; 2.65 inlet x 3.0: in exhaust. If bigger, turbo must be
bushed. Maximum Size 2.85 inlet x 3.0in exhaust. Bushing must be welded in place. Bushing must be no more than 1/8 inch away from the wheel and must measure 2.65 one (1) inch from the wheel. Exhaust
bolt flange can not be no bigger than T4. Turbo may be tech at any
time.
4. Factory replacement engines permitted
5. Replacement must match OEM cylinder count.
6. Water injection allowed (No accelerants Water may be tested at any
time )
7. Fuel pump may be a rotary, A or P pump. Maximum Pump size is
P7100 Sigma and billet pumps are not permitted
8. May be subject to fuel and water tests. If test is refused this will result in an automatic disqualification
Hitch
1.Minimum drawbar length 18” from center of rear axle to point of hook.
2.Drawbar must be stationary in all directions.
3. No higher than 20” from top of hitch from ground
4. Hitch must have a 3.75” x 3.” or larger hole in the drawbar or clevis.
5. Hitch must have clear access from sled pan and hook hang cannot
lay on the hitch.
